Emergent plants grow above the surface of the water, while submerged plants grow within the water column below the water surface. There is usually a difference in sale price too. 
Unlike submerged vegetation, emergent aquatic plants original leaves will melt.

Plants and Shrimp can not be returned. 
If you find that AusPost Express has not delivered your plants on time and they are dying or DOA please send a photo as soon as possible and I'll be happy to review the photo and send out more. 

Yes, Sometimes can take 1-2 weeks for items to come back into the store. Any questions about stock please Contract Us.

We only send plants on Monday & Tuesday, Excluding Public Holidays

All other orders can be sent Monday to Friday morning
Orders received before 11am on Friday will be shipped in the current week. Orders from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon go on Mondays and all orders as sent ASAP. I’m happy for you to email if you want to rush or slow down an order. Of course, this is just a guide & is subject to change occasionally.
